Paid up lette

I paid up my RCS account last week Thursday 05th December 2013. I emailed proof of payment through to [Email Removed] as I was instructed to do when I phoned to get my outstanding balance? I have requested my paid up letter and nothing, not even a peep of a reply back?? I then emailed again yesterday requesting a response and yip nothing again? WHAT is going on? I need my letter and I want an update sent to the credit bureaus?? SORT THIS OUT!!
