Since 25 April 2013 I have reached out to the African Bank team on several occasions to inform them that I am getting the credit card statement, and more recently promotional material, for their client, Mr M J Mbhele. On 8 July 2013 I got written confirmation from Phindile Jambane from the Consumer Advocate office that this has been corrected. Sadly, this wasn't and I continue to get correspondence and in turn I continue to inform them of their error. Having received yet another item in my mailbox, I am now escalating in an attempt to get this matter resolved. I find this out of line as this should be confidential information that I now have access to and the fact that this client or the bank plagiarise my details for financial use is reckless.
