African Bank complaint as posted on Facebook 04/07

It has now been 3 weeks since this investigation started (as per email sent 4 July 2013) and still I have not had a response from the African bank consumer advocate Phindile. Once again Mr. Carr's (his contact number: 0823380113) assistant Mrs Belling has contacted my employer about garnishing my salary. I can only assume that to date you have not contacted him either to tell him to hold on until such time that you have finished your investigation. I find this very disturbing, that you would allow an outside company to garnish my salary when you still don't have any conclusive answers for me or for yourselves. For all I know this person could be committing using your company name. Mrs Belling is not able to give me a company name nor an email address or physical address for their "collection agency". Please could I ask you to at least give me some sort of progress report? And please could you contact Mr. Carr? Just also to advise you - your bank contacted me recently to offer me a loan. Why would you do this if I "owe" you money?? This is all becoming very suspicious now. How long do you take to investigate a query? I wish I could explain the story, but space does not allow!!
