On Friday I received a call from African Bank's accounts department informing me that I was accepted for a credit card.
I went to Somerset Mall's branch on Saturday to finish my application and to receive my card.
Zoliswa Bavuma assisted me in the process. I have NEVER received such brilliant service from ANY BANK. Zoliswa really cared about me as a client. She answered all of my questions with a smile and laugh. Her service was absolutely impeccable. I felt valued, welcome and important as a client of African Bank.
I know compliments are few and far between, so I felt compelled to inform African Bank of the extraordinary service I experienced both at the branch and telephonically.
I feel "safe" with African Bank.
