AFRICAN BANK OUTSTANDING LOAN

I RECENTLY BOUGHT A PHONE WITH VODACOM AND I ACTIVATED MY SIM CARD WITH THEM AND IMMEDIATELY AFRICAN BANK STARTED TO SM'S ME THAT A MR M SEKGOBELA IS OUTSTANDING WITH SOME FUNDS AND HE NEEDS TO PAY, SINCE I DID NOT KNOW WHO THE CLIENT WAS AND IT DEFINITELY WAS NOT ME I CHOOSE TO IGNORE THE SM'S THINKING IT WAS AN ERROR BUT NO!!! AFRICAN BANK HAS SINCE NOT STOPPED CALLING ME AND SMSING ME REGARDING THIS OUTSTANDING LOAN FOR MR SEKGOBELA REF NUM 8327415001 BUT ALSO I HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS FROM THEY AGENTS I POLITELY TOLD THE FIRST AGENT THAT I WAS NOT AWARE WHO THIS CLIENT IS AND IT WAS MY NUMBER SO COULD THEY KINDLY REMOVE MY NUMBER AND FIND THE CORRECT CLIENT.

I HAVE BEEN GETTING THREATENING SMSES AND CALLS FROM AFRICAN BANK EVER SINCE AND EVERY SINGLE DAY A NEW PERSON CALLS ME AND I HAVE TO EXPLAIN THE SAME SITUATION TO THEM, I GET THAT THEY ARE A BUSINESS AND NEED TO GET THEY MONEY BUT CAN THEY NOT GET IT IN THEY HEADS THAT I AM NOT THE CLIENT THEY LOOKING FOR I DO NOT HAVE ANY LOANS WITH THEM AT ALL..IF AFRICAN BANK DOES NOT STOP CALLING ME AND SMSING ME I WILL TAKE THIS UP WITH MY LAWYER AND SUE THEM FOR HARASSING ME EACH AND EVERYDAY OF MY LIFE.
