I am a customer of Auto & General for many years now. In June I saw my cash back bonus has been forwarded to Aug 2017. The actual date should be Aug 2014. After several phone calls and e-mails this problem is still not solved. They keep on telling me that it is an IT glitch and they will rectify it. But that is how far it comes. I did not
have any claims lodged so I do not know why this happened. They promised to come back to me and took my telephone no but I heard nothing again. The respond on my e-mails was they are looking into it. Is it possible
for them to take that long?
