Standard Banks MOVING BACKWARD not forward

I requested statements for the periods :1 July 2008 till 30 November 2010 and 1 June 2011 till 30 Septemeber 2012, the local branch gave me two reference numbers 51652171 and 51652377 respectively. They informed me that I would take 10working days for the longer perios and 3 working days for the shorter period and that I would be charged R20 per page, I agreed. I expected a statement that would follow in order month after month, once the statement reaches the allowed amount of lines on a standard A4 paper it would move over to the next page right? WRONG! Standard bank sent me statement one month per page. My 1ST lot of statments amounts to 16 pages for 11months that works out to R320 for 16pages. so that would mean my next lot of statements will cost me R560... why because according to Fikiswa these are system generated email and these are system genetrated and unfortunately standard bank cant do anything... Yeah right! Your motto MOVING FORWARD-Bull. YOUR'e MOVING BACKWARD NOT FORWARD or "ysystem generating problem" or scheme to make the man on the street for his last penny! I REFUSE to pay R920 for statements. Your bank is a rip OFF, that's why poeple are opting for FNB!!
