Try and claim say sorry maintenance related.
Say ok, take second bond spend R65, 000 on repairs.
Rain comes roof leaks, get two other waterproofing experts in, they say roof cant leak.
Get Structural Engineer in, says roof cant leak, looking from outside, looking inside says that the spacing between the tiles is wrong. Qoute to fix R25, 000.
