I've paid my ABSA loan November 2012 and i requasted paid up letter to be posted to me.till today date after a year not received. I've call legal department and they told me its been send but i didnt received it. Now they are giving me numbers that ring with no answer as they say they cant assist me.
Can someone please send me original paid up letter by post or send to ABSA Midrand will collect there.
This has put my life on hold as every shop or delear i apply for credit is requasting this letter.
