NO PROMPT FEEDBACK TO CLIENT

I got 1LIFE to call me back through their online system last night and a consultant called me this morning to get a quote. I then advised him that i needed life insurance for my parents, he then told me that he was going to call both my parents for a quote and call me back and he never did. It doesn't really take that long to get back to someone especially if they are the ones shopping for your product or services.

They will be the policy holders but i will be paying the premuims.
