My wife is on maternity leave and had to log on from home to release debit oders for her work. She had to submit a Password Reset form and was informed that a Admin person from Absa will call her the same day, this was the 3rd December. Since then I had to fax the form through everyday as the date on the form is only valid for 1 day. No one bothers to phone back and everytime I phone the customer service number they tell me that a person from Admin will call my wife and we are still waiting and it's already the 10th December. She works for a Golf Estate and up to now no debit orders had gone through for the home owners. I'm currently holding on for Absa on the phone and it been 42 minutes.
