Mr. van Wyk (my father) has had a problem with a insurance claim since 30 May 2013 Claim no 456898. He has been battling to get the claim paid out to him and it is now the 20 June 2013. He has managed to purchase a vehicle for himself, but is not able to make payment due to the fact that he has not received his monies for his vehicle that was written off. He is going to be losing out on a deal as the monies would need to be the person's account on Friday 21 June 2013. Miway's service is really pathetic and a person by the name of David at Miway has not been helpful either. Service is absolutely non existent. Hope that the monies and the matter will be sorted out soon. It seems that you do not pay for the service when you pay for the insurance which is very sad.
