Strongly considering moving my business

On 5 Dec, some random drove into my vehicle while unattended at the office in my parking bay, the subject drove off and played stupid the next day when building security identified your client as the guilty party. Long and short a case was opened and the claim lodged on 6th after your client admitted to have done wrong. This is where her actions caused my inconvenience. I gave her quotes for the damage she had caused. I was told to phone her insurance "Outsurance" who would action my claim. I did so and was told several times that a certain "Galy" on 012 675 4672 would call me back, went through the whole notion of the line being busy, the person is on lunch and the list goes on. I eventually spoke to a Shantal in legal who e-mailed me a list of things I needed to furnish them. Long story short I got it to them by COB on Friday 6th with the promise that the damage to my vehicle will be assessed in 48 working HRS. Got a very misleading SMS that read "Please Call" Sechaba Letsoalo.012 684 8474. Told me the SMS was a mistake. Claim number 105568362.I want my car fixed before the holidays and someone who can make decisions to phone me today.
