I sent an email - 03 Dec and Mandla opened it same day (Read Recipient option); then I waited for the response which was supposed to take 48hrs turnaround time but nothing happened. On Thursday 05 Dec l phoned Mandla guy and he re-assured me that my query will be attended ASAP and nothing happened until Friday. Then I phoned to complain (requested a team leader - Usher/Asher) and she re-assured me that I will get a call back by COB as she needs time to investigate and nothing happened. On Monday 09 Dec I only received an email from Zulpha Charles which highlighted that my query was forwarded to Finance and I will get a response by Thursday 12 Dec. I mean is this what I am paying for owning a Game store RCS card? I will close this; I'm sure MATURED financial services providers will give me way better service that this... I would rather own a bank's credit card because there you are guaranteed attention if you need help
