First National Bank
Great and efficient service

I went in to the Jabulani FNB EASYPLAN to close my account I signed all the necessary documents. The lady who was assisting me assured me that the account was closed. Two months later I realized the lady didn't do her job and my account was still active and billing me, I was furious and I emailed the branch to query. I received an email back it was Mr Mandla Ndlovu the manager who was very helpful he went an extra mile to make sure my query was resolved. Thank you again Mandla for the DELIGHTFUL services u provided I hope FNB acknowledges you as an asset to the company.
