Waiting from June 2013 for a business account

This morning I heard an advert on the radio about FNB and how immediately they respond and within three days you get your account and overdraft and cards. This is such hogwash as I have emailed them and sms them to switch but its almost Dec now and still now Account or any interest shown from FNB. What are spread out to potential clients! They obviously are too busy and dont need any more clients but to advertise that they offer valuable service which is obvious not as in my case questions the ethics of this bank and the staff employed.
