UNREASONABLE REQUEST-PROOF OF MY OWN MONEY

I have transferred a huge some of money into my bond account, and called in to confirm that i can have access whenever i need it, then I'm told i do not have the facility, and requested for the facility and that is not allowed because my salary does not go into my std bank account (thank otherwise i wont survive), now they want me to prove that i have put money into my account, and NO ONE can explain what that means, there is excess money in that account that is enough proof. now they don't want to reverse the money, and told me it will take another 8 days to resolve. pathetic. it is my money not the banks, send me statements and then ask me to prove it. waste of time.

with fnb, call a premier banker and everything is sorted, not this ridiculous service, going from pillar to post.
