The client of Mutual and Federal rear ended my vehicle on 9 May 2013. To date after submitting the information required to the local Broker (HSIB) nothing has happened despite numerous attempts to follow up. The broker forwarded the required information to M&F [Email Removed] 23 May 2013. After dealing with the local broker, they said today that the M&F person they eventually got hold of (Zyna) told them to phone back on Thursday. This is ridiculous that a process can take so long, with Zero feedback. I find it highly unnacceptable that I cannot get my vehicle repaired because the claim is not processed with any speed.
Please don't give me the standard M&F answer given to all the other complainants on this site. Lets do something!
