Wanna debits my account twice

I took a one month loan from Wanna. On Friday 27th September when they had to debit my account, they took of the amount twice. When I phoned today, 30th September to enquire about this they said I have to wait till tomorrow for my money to get back to me. Isnt this an instant loan company, why do I have to wait to get my cash back. Meanwhile my other debits are going off and there is no money in my account. I have to pay extra now for bank charges, firstly for the that debit that went off and for my other debits due to no funds. I did not even get a apology from Wanna. Then they sent me an sms to say my payment does not reflect when they took off R3500 plus -twice and my account has not been uodated online. I needed more cash, but I cant get it because my account still shows I owe AND im waiting on my money that is rightfully mine.

I am not a very happy client at the moment!!!
