I lodged a claim for my vehicles back bumper. Quotes sent to Mutual & Federal for the replacement of the bumper by Isuzu Delta as this is a new vehicle, 2013 model, there is no body damage to my vehicle. M&F wants to send my vehicle to a panelbeater which I am not happy with, my vehicle will not be going to a panelbeater there is no body damage and Delta can replace the bumper for me, but M&F does not want to authorize replacement with them nor do they want to settle me cash then I can have it replaced myself. They are not prepared to accommodate me here. I am not happy with the way they are processing my claim. I feel that this is really poor service from their side and they won't even go out of their way to accommodate their client and help them where ever they can.
