I have been calling YOUI INSURANCE for the past hour on this Saturday morning and its 11:00 am. the YOUI INSURANCE add says they are open until 13:00 on Saturdays for calls. I have a major query for YOUI INSURANCE to give attention to and they are not sticking to the hours they are advertising. I have lodged many complaints to YOUI INSURANCE which they have never come back to me on. I am very tired of this.
