I got debited my bond by FNB on the 06th December 2013 without my consent having not been paid for the month. Normally they send an sms stating the day they will be debiting once salaries are paid earlier in December and in most cases companies start paying from the 15th Dec but when I called and queried the amount to be paid back, they said I should speak to a different department and I was transferred but they hung up. I've been on the phone for over 15 minutes in total, you either you get a voice recording or you get put through different departments whereby you get no assistance. I'm now inconvenienced financially and I believe they should have automatically picked the error on their side and deposited the amount instantly in my bank account. I now have not received any assistance from them and now I do not have money to carry me till I get paid because they took all money I had for the remainder of the month. I find FNB very incompetent and unprofessional.
