Quick, efficient service!

You always hear Insurance nightmares from people when they have car accidents. Having been a driver for almost 12 years, without ever being involved in an accident, when it happened to me (3 weeks after I had purchased a brand new vehicle), I feared the worst. But Outsurance had me at an assessor just a few hours after the incident, and at a panel beater 2 days later - and just this week, I received my excess back as well as being advised that the full claim had been settled with the insurance of the person that hit into the back of me.
More importantly, I was kept updated throughout the process (nothing speaks bad service louder than silence -so well done on this point!) I have a relative that has now found themselves in a similar spot (and hasn't been so lucky with the service she is receiving) - she isn't with Outsurance. Needless to say she will be switching as soon as her ordeal is over! A round of applause to Outsurance, and whilst I hope to never find myself in this situation again - at least I can rest easy knowing Outsurance is my Insurer! Round of Applause!
