I've been trying to change my smoking status on a life insurance policy since July 2013.
I've received three quotations since then, but it seems that nobody is changing my policy.
Their medical staff came to draw blood for a codeine test, and do have the sample with them.
My last telephone conversation with customer service and about 20minutes. The necessary documents was faxed through 14 November 2013. My debit order still remains the same and not the as per the new given quote.
The difference each month is R75 which comes to a total of R375 I've been paying extra.
I quess this is in front of my eyes?
Regards
Hein
