I joined mid October and since then I haven't received membership card, I haven't written countless emails and all I get is a welcome email to the rewards programme. Then 3 weeks ago, I phoned the call centre and requested the membership and was promised the card and since then I haven't received anything, all I got was a notification for annual increase. you are so quick to request your increase but I am not getting anything from the programme that I am paying for.
