I lost my phone mid october 2013, I reported the incident and my claim was approved, l deposited r300 for the handset, since then l have been waiting for the insurance to deliver and the bad part lm now paying for the phone l don't have and every time l call the insurance l have to hold for more than 10minutes then they tell me they going to get back to me in 24hours, I don't know what to do now
