Requested a border permit for the 1st time on the 18/11/2013. Up to date still have not received a border permit after numerous phone calls, re-sending of documents and creating an email address. Each time we are promised that within 48hrs will receive the permit. We are 4 families going together to Mozambique and I completed all request to the various institutions which we received without any hazzles including another one from MFC. With our call this morning we found out that Megan was holding back the Natis document which MFC said that we had not sent through - their doc only requires ID and border permit request. We had a very stressful weekend as we were not sure if we will get the doc in time or if we have to cancel our trip. We are very angry, fustrated and disappointed with the service we have received. This is totally unacceptable.
