i am really upset with this particular bank at the moment, my loan account keeps bouncing back as i have called them to find out what is going on and they explained to me so then they said i should go to my bank and sort it out but i have told the Thursday 5 Dec 2013 that i don't have time during the day to go to my bank and sort it out but i will see to it that it is sorted before Friday 14 Dec 2013 but then since last week Thursday i made aqn arrangement with them they just never stops calling me on Fiday they called me 18 times which i kept tellimng them what my arrangement with them was, but after the 7th time i got fedup and just stopped answering there calls because i asked them to stop calling me as i made an arrangement. On saterday they also kept calling me none stop at some point i answered and i was very rude and the guy put the phone down in my ear, now it is monday they have already called me like 11 times which i only answered once and told them what my arrangement was once again. But they still keep calling me. I am On the verge of putting this complaint in the newspaper aswell. bacause seems to me these call centre guys are not doing as they are told by custome
