Standard Bank Home Loan department (0860 102 270) have been sending me an sms every single day for the past two months and sometimes calling me that I must make arrangement to pay my home loan. I have called the call centre and explain to them that I am not Clive Barker or whoever that person they looking for. They will then promise me that they will sort out the number from their system. As we speak I have called the call centre for about 5 times and explain same thing over and over and I wil be then told that they will sort it out.
So as a result of this its costing me money cause everytime i have to call their call centre, and explain same thing over and over. So I dont know whats so hard for them to sort out this as a bank with good reputation. Yesterday I called their call centre and as usual the consultant promised to sort it out but as we speak already I have got that this morning saying I must make arrangement to pay my home loan.
