Why fix something that isn't broken

Just a bit of feedback on the new online banking. IT . First thing I would like to say is your fnb clients are not blind so I dont know why the font is so huge. Second thing is why are there 3 pay buttons on each tab, which one am i suppose to click on??? Its just confusing and stupidly laid out and I dont know why FNB decided to change something that was working perfectly well and was in fact a pleasant thing for me to use to something that is absolutely and is COMPLETELY NOT user friendly. whoever designed your new online banking needs to be stuffed in a bag and shoved out one of the windows at FNB head office. No need for a reply as I can assume that will be snotty anyways as so many of my other replies have been from FNB, this was an FYI from an annoyed client.
