I received a message from Dial a bed about an early debit order which was not even communicated with me. I call the number provided for queries 0115647200 @10h36am and was assisted by an incompetent consultant who seemed to not know what he is doing and he just kept on saying I do not here you and even decided to be sarcasm during my attempt to try to get him to assist me. I have not resolved my issue at all becuase Phistos Rampedi dropped my call when I requested to be transferred to someone else who knew their job besides himself. I DO NOT APPRECIATE TIME WASTERS AND PEOPLE WHO WHO ARE INCAPABLE OF DOING THEIR JOBS. I AM GLAD MY BALANCE IS AT ITS LOWEST, I WILL DEFINITELY BE LETTING PEOPLE KNOW THAT AFRICAN BANK IS JUST NOT THE BANK FOR THEM. AS WELL AS THE DIAL BED THAT IS AFFILITATED WITH THIS LOUSY BANKING INSTITUTION.!!!
