I am so sick and tired of African Bank

Some time ago I took out a loan with African Bank. I requested that they send me statements to my cell number on a monthly basis. Since the loan was taken out i have not received a statement ONCE. Never have i missed a premium - not to mention that this is not my 1st loan with this institute. I always received good service from African Bank and i never had reason to follow up on anything, but the one time I do, this is what happens! I've been trying to get through to someone via the call center for two days now with no success. I work during the day. I don't have the time to sit on the phone, waiting for people to actually do their jobs and take my call! I sent numerous emails requesting assistance and i got absolutely NO HELP. I am STILL waiting for the loan statement I requested early this morning (09:58 - 2013/07/11). This is ridiculous. I will NEVER make the mistake of taking out a loan with African Bank again despite their good rates. I'd rather pay something extra and get the service i actually want!
