My husband has paid his off road bike in full and has requested the original papers a number of times. He has been on the phone most of the day today as the bike is being sold and he desperately needs the papers of the bike. However, he is being pushed from pillar to post with no resolution of where the documents are. No one seems to know where the papers are and the call centre tells him to call Pretoria and Pretoria tells him to call Auckland park and so on. The bike has been paid up for a while. All he needs are the papers, is that so difficult?
