I recently was affected by lighning with most of the damage being external. The 1st service provider was promply on site and concluded a thourough assessment despite the high volume of incidents in the area. The 2nd service provider indicated that the damage was normal wear and tear and I was livid when Outsurance indicated that they could not repair the 2nd assessed items based on the report of the 2nd SP. I took the matter up with Refilwe and she arranged for a second opinion and 3rd service provider spent a lot more time and effort in assessing the damage and shortly thereafter all items were repaired.
