I keep on getting calls from this company saying I am owing DUT and threatening to blacklist me. I do not owe DUT anything and I have sent them a statement from DUT dated 22 November 2013 that says i'm not owing DUT anything and when I did query this with DUT they said they don't know anything about my account being handed over at any Credit worx group and printed me a statement showing that I do not owe anything at DUT.
I have sent this statement to these people but I still get harassing calls everyday from rude their call centre agents.
How can I pay for something that DUT is not even aware of themselves, and how can I owe money where's my statement from DUT shows my Balance is 00 and I do not owe anything as from February 2013.
Can this be sorted out immediately and my name be removed in these things cause this is really frustrating and irritating me now. If I get blacklisted I am really going to take this with my lawyer and Sue this company for all the inconvenience they have caused me.
