I have been waiting for my account to be closed. I have been dealing with different people to close the account but now we are waiting for the Admin account to close it! it is way passed 10 days now and my account is still open, I have not received the confirmation later. I dont understand what has taken so long when i have paid up my loan last week already, i have to call the call centre every day to get things done. I have sopekn to Phumutso, Letisha, Phuti and Mohali, and my account is still open.
