I had an attempted house breaking in my house, where the sliding door was damaged, window handle was broken and the fence around the property was damaged. I informed the Ned group insurance and they sent some people to come and take measurements but even now my damaged sliding door remains unfixed, this door is damaged and the thugs could enter anytime and I have two kinds and women staying in this house, someone could enter anytime and kill or them.it has been 3 weeks since we reported the incident, the insurance sent 1 guy to come and check the sliding door and this guy told me he will come and fix the sliding door after two days, I said to the guy I wont be available that day but promised to come anyway, when they got into my house they demanded R750 before they could work and remember I was not there as the owner, I said to him he must fix the door and when I get home he will get his money but the guy refused and left the place without doing anything. the insurance failed to explain to me who is going to fix other problems in the house. This is not the first time I complain about Ned bank and all my other complaints to this bank remains unsolved. t
