I logged an claim for goods that was from my house in December already. I begged for a speddy resolution of this claim as I am an professional dj in my spare time and I have a pair of studio head phones that is worth my music career to me. I specifically called a few months ago and enquired with IWYZE if I need to specify these items seperately and explained to them how important and valuable they was to me. They specifically stated I dont have to. In dec people I dont know visit my house en my headphones among my cell phone and ipod was. I walked my geust to the gate lock my front door and sliding door. Upon return i saw my sliding door was ajar an items missing. I reported it to the police and my insurance. I asked the first lady ahndling this matter to resolve it quickly it took IWYZE 6 weeks!! They wanted proof of forced entry, I send pictures of my sliding door that was pulled of the rail. I received an note 2 weeks later the quality of the pictures wasnt good enough.
