I have been struggling with this particular Agent (Debbie Meyer) from the beginning of my contract with Aida Real Estate. I notified them of my broken sliding door at Galloway manor almost 2 months ago, they promised to sort it out before the festive season but they didn't'. I have been living in that house with one part of the door broken for far too long now and they are not even giving me feedback. When I call, email and SMS her she doesn't respond anymore.
I think she is totally on the wrong field, she doesn't know what a customer is. She does things at her own time as if I am the one servicing her and that is unacceptable! I can't wait for my contract to end I am Definitely NOT going to sign another contract with her.
