Renovate a door supplied us with a wooden sliding door in 2011. We had a problem 2 months ago. The door would not open. phoned him came and repaired it and insisted I pay him R350-00. i did not have cash on me and promised to put it in his account 2 days later. The next day he phoned me to ask where his money was. A few days later the door was completely jammed could not open it. Phoned him promised to come on the Monday. At 1.30 on the Monday he phones me to have the money ready as he was doing striker locks on our front door. The appt was at 2 p.m. Told him that he neednt worry he will get paid as soon as job is done. For 2 weeks we were phoning him. Kept on promising to come and never did. Ignored calls. We had to get someone else to come and fix the door which we were unable to open, So we had to pay another call out charge. I sent Gavin Booysen a letter giving him an ultimatum to come and fix the door or I would take further action. Ignored us completely. Please dont ever use him. You will regret it if you do. WARNING!
