We were on our way to Mossel Bay for our annual holiday when our caravan's tyre burst 20km before Richmond. My husband had a knee operation and there was no ways he could exchange the tyre. We called Outsurance, and spoke to Stephen, who immediately re-assured us that help is on the way. He checked on our safety every few minutes and we really felt that someone cared for us in the middle of nowhere. This is the second time that Outsurance came to our rescue in time of crisis.
