Fed Up with Cell C

I am now seriously considering changing networks. I am fed up with Cell C.
I have always made sure that my account is paid and up to date. I recently went on maternity leave and there was no salary going into my account, i was therefore paying by cash.
About 10 days ago cell c had both my lines suspended and had added on a R70 reversal fee (which I refuse to pay because I did not receive any sort of notification)
I called in a few times to query and had to put up with very rude abrupt agents I was also told that someone will call me back and have not receive a callback up to date.
Cell C is a big disppointment!!!
