Cancellation of a cession on life policy

I have a letter from the local FNB branch (langenhovenpark) that have tried to contacted the correct department of FNB without successes. I have send emails and had no feedback since July 2013. I have no other option but to lodge a complaint. The policy in question is Discovery Life 5100023518
