Security Cession

I have been trying to get into contact with anyone at ABSA to give me guidance on how I can get a Security Cession Cancellation Letter.

I have been to the branch in Midrand, where they told me to phone the VF department.

From there they have been redirecting me from one department to the other not being able to help me.

I have asked to speak to a Team Leader, for which I eventually gave up, as they did not answer.

The reason I need this is because I am changing my Life insurance.

My current Life insurance is a security for my VF and I need the letter to cancel my old Life insurance.

I would think that this is important to ABSA as this regards security towards a loan.

If someone can please get back to me regarding this.
