I am constantly harassed by DMC and Real people consultants for debt that was incurred many years ago where no payment has been made for over three years. This is now prescribed debt and I am not obliged to pay it. If a consultant phones on my work phone or pitches up at my work address again, I will have DMC up for harassment and invasion of privacy. I know my rights and will take legal action if necessary. This debt does not even appear on my credit record which means it has been written off and sold to a debt collector such as yourselves for next to nothing.
