Fast to someones money, slow to repay them

After having applied and been granted a bond by Standardbank everything was fine until the first installment came off. I had been charged over R500 extra, this happend again the second month. Phone your call centre to ask about only to have the phone put down on me twice. Finally spoke with a Belinda who infomed me that the R500 odd extra was due to life cover on the bond. Which before signing the documents at the lawywer OOBA had contact me and supplied my huband and I with Life cover as well as building cover for the house. When I informed Belinda about this she said I was email her proof and she would speak with Napi. After sending her an email and getting a out of office reply I phoned and she knew nothing about my email. Contacted Napi directly who said that the policy had been stopped and he would email me the info. Had to call again about the email only to get told how his system was not working. He said he would cc me in the email to Admin regarding the refund of 3 months policy amount which was not done. Today I get told that the REFUND WOULD TAKE UP TO 7 DAYS. You are very fast to my money BUT SLOW To REFUND. I want this money back in my account by MONDAY!!!
