Excellent service for refund of card

I was recently a victim of a card transaction of R5766.87. I immediately cancelled the card with Nedbank and was contacted by Candice Ford of the Department. The documentation was simple to fill out and I received a refund in my account within 24 hours of submitting the documentation.
