It is now the 3rd claim I have submitted to SA home loans insurance and the 3rd time I have received the same poor service.
Upon sending emails I have had no response whatsoever. Then once following up I was told I do not exist on the system yet every month I pay the premiums to them. I get pushed from poillar to post by the call centre and the staff who do not seem to know what is going on and are clearly not interested in assisting me.
I cannot understand how these people are in business and will be cancelling cover!
