As I write this letter today, I am so upset. Phone call after phone call to SA Home Loans house insurance claims but to no avail. Our house electronic gate motor is not working. We reported this beginning of March 2013. Got a reference number 969465, cool they are going to attend to the problem I thought seeing that we pay our insurance. A month later we had to phone them again, because since the claim was registered nothing happened. The operator Nicole said they have a problem in the Rustenburg area that they do not have contractors that can fix the gate. We have to get our own quote. So we get a quote and mail it to them. We have been following up with them continuously EACH DAY THE SAME LIE!! "Sir we will e-mail you another form, which you need to complete before end of business day", NO FORM!!! My only option now is to report SA HOME LOANS to the insurance Ombudsman. SA HOME LOANS, please NO MORE, PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM!!
