I put a claim to SA Home Loans for a burst geyser on the 8/11/2013 and they sent various assessors out, after 6 weeks of me following up and no feedback from them, I called last week, they confirmed they are paying, today Cammy (Supervisor) confirmed they are paying, then phones me 2 hours later and says her manager rejected the claim as I fixed the geyser myself without calling them but 6 months previous to this they said to me telephonically that they don't cover the geyser if its a solar system.

I have had many bad experiences with them, I am cancelling my bond and never want to deal with them again, I have requested telephonic recordings which I am sure will only come next year as well.

have sent numerous emails to Rumeshni whom just ignores them and manager says they have had a busy period WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME!!!
